NEW PHOTOS OF THE PLANNED DUBAI HOTEL WITH RAINFOREST REVEALED

More details have been released regarding plans for a new Dubai skyscraper which is set to become the first in the UAE to have a rainforest housed within it.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road near Barsha Heights and The Greens, Rosemont Hotel and Residences will be a dual-tower development consisting of two skyscrapers, which were initially billed to be 47 stories high but will now be an extra six stories taller.
The creation by ZAS Architects will include the rainforest in which guests can expect to be surrounded by an immaculately landscaped tropical oasis with dappled sunlight and a hazy mist lightly spraying through the trees.
There will be waterfalls, streams and a splash pool along the sand-less beach in which to cool down.
Technology will even supply the illusion of tropical rain without actually getting wet, thanks to a sensory rainfall system which creates a 360-degree experience.
The humidity will be real however, as large supplies of stored recycled water will help mimic the climate of the Amazon or the Congo.
The hotel’s zero-edge skypool will have a star-studded base, as if the night sky was upside down, not to mention the vertigo-testing views of Dubai and the structure’s glass bottom.
Upon arrival at the ultra-luxurious complex, guests will be instantly immersed in a sensory experience, with advanced technology transforming the upper ground floor drop-off and arrival area with ever-changing dynamic 3D projections ranging from a lush rainforest to an underwater paradise.
Other attractions include an entertainment complex with a skydive simulator, a bowling alley and luxury cinema.
